It is with deep regret that I inform you of the passing of Joseph A. Flaherty.
Joseph was more than an icon, he was a pioneer. Joseph revolutionized television into the medium we see today amongst many other achievements throughout his professional career.
On a personal note, it was my great privilege to know Dr. Joseph Flaherty, whom I will miss greatly. He has been both a mentor and a true inspiration in my life.
May God bless Joseph Flaherty and his family as we mourn his loss.
