- Reminder that August meeting changed to Tuesday, August 17th.
- Motion made to cover preliminary costs for t-shirts/hats…$180.00. Seconded and approved.
- The Treasurer’s report accepted as read.
The Business Manager's Report
CBS:
- COE: Attended meeting with management to discuss MDC/BOC.
- WCBS: Grievances held on behalf of members.
- CWD: Attended meeting with management.
- CND: Grievance meeting held on work jurisdiction.
- Newspath: Attended meeting with management to set up Final Cut training by Jim Talluto.
HBO:
- Grievance held and arbitration filed on behalf of member.
WNJU:
- Negotiations continue, next session scheduled for 7/19.
WPIX:
- Negotiations continue. Next sessions scheduled for 7/26 and 7/27.
- Held shop meeting to inform members on current status of negotiations.
SONY/BMG:
- Negotiations concluded. Package sent to members for vote.
WNET:

Negotiations resumed on July 8th, next session scheduled for
August 5th.
PVI:
- Meeting scheduled for July 14th with negotiation committee to discuss upcoming negotiations.
- Negotiation meeting with management on July 15, 2010.
OFFICE:
- Attended meeting with Director of Broadcast Dept. with other business managers to discuss upcoming CBS halfly and negotiations.
- Attended NYBUTC monthly LNS meeting.
- Attended NYC Central Labor council monthly meeting.

Meeting called to order at 4:30 PM.

- Keith D’Ornellas - FOX freelance, reportedly injured in an accident.
